Take a look through our selection of meeting spaces. We have something for everyone and every type of training or event.
The largest of our traditional meeting rooms is located on the ground floor, boasting stunning floor to ceiling bay windows with views over our beautiful parkland. This room also features an original fireplace and chandelier in keeping with the original building.
Our second largest traditional meeting room located on the ground floor. This room features the original fireplace, lots of natural daylight and wonderful French doors that lead out onto the side terrace of the house.
One of our largest suites located on the ground floor right next door to the bar. This room is also our restaurant when not privately hired for an event. The room boasts five doors that lead directly onto the back terrace of the house commanding stunning views across Hampshire which are sure to make a lasting impression on your guests.
A contemporary meeting room located on the ground floor which can either be one large room known as the Hook, or split into two smaller rooms known as the Heckfield and the Silchester. When split, these rooms are completely soundproof.
One of our largest suites located on the ground floor and the newest function space to Highfield Park. A modern and contemporary room with traditional accents added to the décor to compliment the age of the building. This room has the latest AV built in including PA System, dual screens and Apple TV. Natural daylight fills the room from a glass sky lantern.

A very special room located on the ground floor of the house. The Hartley is fitted with writeable wall paper and we like to call this room our ‘Think Tank’. A fantastic space for a small number of people to get together, brainstorm and think outside of the box.

This room along with the Kant are probably our most sought after rooms on the first floor due to the fantastic views across the back lawns. A modern, bright and spacious room.
