The best team! The best venue! And the best day!
Every single member of staff, the reception, events, the breakfast team, the bar staff and night security were all absolutely fabulous.
Nothing was too much trouble, they were open to all my ideas and DIY at the venue and could not have helped more!
The food was great, arrived well-timed and piping hot! The drinks selection was fab! 
Every guest stayed and every guest slept well, loved the food and all had wonderful feedback!

I visited Highfield Park for business meeting last week and just wanted to say how impressed I was by the catering facilities - great to be able to help ourselves to fresh tea and coffee throughout the day and the lunch was delicious! The beef noodle salad was amazing! Thank you so much to the chef and also to your restaurant manager for making us feel welcome in the restaurant. And your receptionist was lovely, offering to take us through to the conference room in person. Best business meeting location I’ve been to in years!! 

Warm friendly welcome. Room was clean and very comfortable. Excellent all round. 

I held a party lunch for my 70th birthday at Highfield Park mid-November. Everything was fine except for being 70. Some of my guests joined us for dinner the previous evening and stayed overnight. We had a very pleasant spacious room in the main building. The dinner was delicious. Breakfast the next morning was also very good. The lunch party started at 12 in the Wellington room with spillover into the bar which is directly accessible from the room. Guests (there were 40 of us) gradually moved over to the bar and most stayed until about 6 pm! The canapés and fork buffet were excellent. Even the weather was fantastic so we could enjoy the lovely view and have a stroll round the grounds and the old church next to the venue in the morning. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. A special thankyou to Zoe who was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted for the party and made sure everything was right for us, Rob who was very friendly and helpful in the room and at the bar and restaurant and a couple of other people whose names I can't remember (sorry!).

We were both impressed with the attitude and behaviours of several staff members we rubbed shoulders with. It’s clear they are all very passionate about the role they undertake and believe in the values of the company.

Thank you for your patience as I know we had a lot of questions as we didn't know where to start with planning our big day, everything came together so well and we were amazed with everything from the decor to the service ! 

The whole day was incredible from start to finish, everything ran smoothly and Rebecca was there to guide us through every step of the day. We couldn't have asked for anymore and everything exceeded our expectations- thank you again for helping us have the most special day ❤️

My first visit to Highfield Park but most certainly not my last The hotel is a lovely building, the bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the views across the surrounding countryside are stunning The staff are friendly, they always found time for a quick chat, and helpful The service in the dining room is exemplary and the food totally delicious, you're spoilt for choice Thank you all very much for a really relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Dear Rebecca and Zoe,

Thank you very much for the hard work you put into the organisation of last night’s Centenary Dinner.

I have already had several emails of thanks for the evening, all of whom expressed how much they enjoyed it.

Without exception everyone said that the food they had was the best ever when attending a function with that number of people.

Please give our sincere thanks to the chef and his staff.

The service was exceptional with the correct dishes being served to each table at once and no mix ups at all.

The DJ was exceptionally good. He played all the appropriate music and didn’t try and impose himself on the evening. The ‘Rat Pack’ music played during the meal was a masterstroke and at just the right volume.

Overall, a 5 star rating and thank you for the bottle of champagne donated to the Draw.

We are already talking about returning next year for our annual Ladies Night.

Apologies for not replying yesterday but we had a fantastic afternoon.   Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was all brilliant and went away happy.  It was particularly nice to see everything set up when I arrived and Robert and all the staff were extremely helpful.  

Definitely, if you need any recommendations, let me know.  The girls were delighted especially as they got to take some of the teas home to their families seeing as we had a few who didn't turn up, but it was their loss.

Unfortunately I have shot myself in the foot, as I'm now expected to organise a Christmas party too, but we'll see.

I just wanted to say how AMAZING you guys made our special day go so smoothly and with everything that was going on around that time, you still were able to accommodate us which appreciated so much... 

I still sit here now and still can't believe how lucky we were to be able to get married in 2020 and I think we were probably the last big wedding that happened especially at your AMAZING venue - HIGHFIELD PARK!!!!! 

We cannot believe we have nearly been married for a year!!!

We had the best day for our wedding and we’re so pleased we had chosen Highfield as our venue, it’s become a very special place to us! Massive thanks for all your help and the wider team on helping our day feel so special despite all that’s going on in the world right now. We had so many comments about how it didn’t feel like a ‘COVID’ wedding which was lovely to hear. Sizwe did a wonderful job.

Apologies it has taken us so long to write, but we wanted to say a massive thank you to yourself and the whole team at Highfield Park for such an amazing wedding day. We honestly had the best day, we would not have changed a thing and a lot of that was down to the hard work of the team at Highfield.

We would like to say a special thank you to Lauren, who made us feel so relaxed on the day and really looked after James and I! She made sure everything ran seamlessly, and even if things did go wrong, we never would have even known! She worked so hard and we really can't thank her enough.

The whole team were extremely professional. The service at the wedding breakfast was incredible and the food itself was outstanding! I did not think that catering for over 100 people could be so delicious but it was spot on. Our guests are still talking about that dessert! And the bar staff were also great, there was never too long a queue for the bar.

We did, of course, get extremely lucky with the weather! We could not believe we were able to have the drinks reception outside! But this was great as it meant everyone could see the stunning grounds and we could enjoy having out photos outside in the warmth!

The resident DJ was also fantastic! People did not leave the dance floor and he even stayed longer than he should have done because we were all having such a great time! We would highly recommend him!

Finally, thank you Zoe for being so great with all the planning. For answering all of our endless queries and giving us advice when we needed it! You helped us to feel relaxed at all times and we never once had to stress over anything!

All in all, we are so thankful to Highfield Park for helping us to have the best and happiest day of our lives.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Highfield for making our wedding day and all the preparations as seamless as it could be. A special thanks to Luba who helped me the night before the wedding and on the morning to move my wedding dress. To Lauren for being a fantastic MoC, Rebecca for all your hard work in the preparations and Ash and Christoph. Also to all the kitchen and waiting staff on the day, the food was amazing. Lastly to everyone else who worked all hours to make it the special day it was.

I can’t remember who took over from Ash through the day, but again she was amazing (and having to deal with a more drunker crowd). Everyone enjoyed themselves and have told us what a fabulous wedding day it was, and such a beautiful venue too! We couldn’t have asked for better weather either!

I had the privilege of attending my sons wedding last week At Highfield Park, on arrival we were made very welcome and all our needs accommodated for.With elderly members with disabilities and a very young baby in our party and the very hot weather to contend with, it would seem there was nothing your staff wouldn’t do to help.

The venue is fabulous so spacious and light and airy with a stunning location and views to die for, perfect for our family wedding. Everything was clean and beautiful presented.

Our wedding breakfast meal excellent and delicious. Delivered to the tables with precision and care by a delightful front of house team. (Gold star to there main man).

So please congratulate all your staff and be sure to include all those behind the scenes to,housekeepers gardens and kitchen porters, without whom our perfect wedding would not have been so.

Just wanted to reply to say thank you so much for making our day so perfect! Everything from start to finish was just how we imagined it and our master of ceremonies was amazing! He worked so hard all day keeping things going and running smoothly.

We are so happy we picked Highfield for our special day and will definitely send some pictures through when we get our professional ones back.
